I would if you transfer one way and return early you should get some sort of discount or get some sort of certificate for future rentals. I rented last Wednesday and return opening am today. It was not due till this Thursday (4 days early).

Sylvia WWe had trouble with the app this time. It wasn’t showing pick up. It took a lot of messaging with U-Haul to end up getting everything to work.
ERIC AHorrible customer service, constantly was hung up on, greeted with a nasty ass attitude, was not given the 4 hours I paid for!!! Broken promises and advice given by customer service, being transferred to wrong department and hung up on constantly when trying to report problems!!
