the online check in/out process needs to be tuned. it took at least 20 or so minutes for both to process fully due to numerous connection, processing, and uploading errors
Sierra CThe app was absolutely horrendous. It took 20-30 minutes just to rent/return the UHAUL
McKensie BWe returned the unit clean and left all moving blanket s inside as instructed. We were still charged for not returning the moving blankets. On the package it stated $8 per blanket but they tried charging an additional $254. I called to inquire about the charges and they couldn't give an explanation. I called UHaul customer service to file a complaint and before I could hang up the phone they all of a sudden was able to locate the blankets.
