Mr Williams was so helpful! I arrived for my pick up and did not have the right size receiver hitch. He called the business across the street to see if they had one then took my receiver and ball over to get it for me. I will definitely rent from him again and have already shared my positive experience with friends.

JOHN POverall, 3 stars for uhaul. Like everything it is way too expensive it shouldnt cost almost 400 dollars to move just one county over. Absolutely ridiculous. This location and service gets 5 stars, they were nice and professional.
