no improvement needed. The lady that helped us with the reservation was extremely knowledgeable and very kind. She was a great help. I would definitely use this site again to secure a truck.
Elaine CWoman working here was very friendly. It started with I rented a car trailer, was given a toy hauler. The toy hauler was able to handle the car except very hard to load and unload and there was no straps to tie down vehicle, and I was made to purchase my own straps. I also thought I had put in for the extra days on the rental. I was never given paper work to know the difference, and I am being charged for extra days
