I recommend that this location no longer be associated with U-Haul. It is on a 2 lane road, in a curve of the road, surrounded by huge thick trees. What was someone thinking?? I have lived off that road for over 30 years and I felt unsafe!! It is also a location that has a petting farm for kids and birthday parties. Again, not at all a safe location for U-Haul rentals and inexperienced truck drivers. If that’s not enough to stop, the “manager” was extremely rude and forged my signature on the document. She called me 12 minutes past the slated pickup time and demanded to know where I was at. The truck was dirty and had bugs crawling all over it.

I had ordered all moving materials such as blankets, Dollie’s for furniture and appliances and none of that was in the truck. We ended up having to purchase our own for the lack of. We also were not told at pick up that those items were not available.
