Spoke with staff the day before rental and asked if hand cart and dolly would be in truck as pickup site had been changed due to availability. I was told it would be with the truck. I arrived after hours at 7pm for scheduled self pick up and a furniture dolly was present but no hand truck. Called customer support and was advised that I could purchase one from a store since it wasn't provided.
