Didn't have dollies available when I picked up truck. Had to go to another location miles away wasting time and with the movers waiting to rent one. Didn't have both dollies I needed at the other location and was only able to rent one small one. Uhaul should verify first before customer picks up truck.

Staff at location are very professional and friendly. Always ask if we need any assistance or help. They are very knowledgeable of the area and make you feel at home when you arrive. It was a simple/stress free rental. After a long drive, this is the type of location you need to make you feel at home and well taken care of. Easy hook up and lot is very organized.
Jesse CPick up was chaotic. There was no one in the area to help with hooking up the trailers. Check in was slow. I was delayed an hour just waiting on the office to check in and my time was not adjusted to reflect the delay. The easiest part was when they were closed, and I had to drop off, I was able to do so in the app.
