Matthew OI had an absolutely terrible experience with U-Haul. I had made a reservation in advance for a Dolly and a Trolley for 10:00 AM. When I arrived at 10:00, there was someone ahead of me who had NO reservation, yet they were allowed to take three Trolleys. When it was finally my turn, I was told, “Sorry, we don’t have a Dolly or a Trolley.” Then they told me that U-Haul’s policy is first come, first served, which completely defeats the purpose of making a reservation in advance. Do you have any idea how much stress moving already causes? We spend so much money and put so much time into planning everything, and then a company like U-Haul can completely ruin your plans because they don’t actually honor the reservation you made. And the worst part? When I asked what could be done, I was basically told to call customer service because there was nothing they could do at the location. What exactly is the point of making a reservation if someone can just walk in without one and take the equipment you reserved? This was extremely frustrating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I will definitely think twice before using U-Haul again.
Seyed AI do not know why i am charged almost 60$ for fuel when i returned the vehicle with the same level of fuel when i took it. it was on the 1/4 mark and not less. So why the charge??? Disappointed with this behaviour.
