GREGG AThe truck was filthy. I had to sweep out the entire 28 foot bed in order for us to bring our belongings in there even though they were in boxes there was so much dust and dirt I spent about 30 minutes to thoroughly , truck was given with below a quarter of a tank so we had to go straight to the gas station, reservation was at 12:30. I believe I picked up the vehicle around 1245? Waited outside from 1230 to about 12 45 Ish for the gentleman to come out from around back with another vehicle. Overall, I was happy they had a truck available when I was running late, but definitely didn’t help to the situation with running late and this stress with having to clean and fill up the truck before departing.
RYAN LNothing wrong with the equipment. My only complaint after using U Haul the past 6 months is with the reservations. They have you choose your pickup and drop-off location but come day of the rental either the pickup or drop-off or both have changed.
