GPS takes people to the back door. I was one of 3 different cars looking for the U-haul location. I parked the truck and walked around to the front. Was about a 5 min walk around the building.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkEmployees at this location are always helpful. Only thing that was a pain was the last couple times I’ve rented trucks there were dirty inside and this last time the lock that was attached to the back to lock the truck was broken and wouldn’t lock, so late at night I had to find a store and buy one. Not a huge deal but was inconvenient. I still would recommend this location regardless.
Constantinos PMy reservation was for 8 am but They opened late and got a 30 min late departure with my trailer. I had to go get the trailer from the storage area about 1/2 mile away and return it there as well.

Carlos RWhen I went to refill the gas, the gas mileage gauge didn't reflect the new fuel added, and the needle barely moved. This should be checked.
