My original reservation was change to an alternate location due to a vehicle not being returned on time. This caused a huge delay in getting my job done at the scheduled time. By the time I got to my location with the U-Haul van my items had already been sent off to a delivery service. Renting this van turned out to be a waste of time and money due to the delay of U-Haul not providing me with a better alternative that was not further from my original pick up location in a timely manor.
Martin HSmooth rental pick up and return. We would definitely use Storage Solutions again for a U-haul rental.
