Very helpful. The computer system did not like the truck that was pulling the trailer. After putting in the correct information, it took it. Suggestion, write down the trailer or id number so when the customer go to the back looking for it, they can find it

I made a reservation for a 15’ U-Haul and also reserved an appliance dolly. When I got there I was told they didn’t have any available and offered a regular dolly which unfortunately did not help with what I was moving. There were also sunflower seeds on the floor board.
Stephen PTires were wormed out and it wasn’t a smooth ride
Nayeemuddin AI had to hook up and unhook the trailer by myself and when I went to return it the guy was sleeping in his chair in the dark watching TV
BILL DA review of the truck would be helpful but it was also good to have signs and stickers on the truck to direct.
