Truck started smoking and broke down an hour after we got it loaded and on the road. Spent an extra two days on our trip. One day of which was trying to get roadside assistance to help us.The next day we had to drive the truck to their maintenance facility where the workers lost the keys after parking it and were very rude to us. After two hours waiting to find out what was happening we then had to drive from there to another Uhaul location to unload the truck into another truck. Set us back a lot of money and time in our move.

JEROLD BGPS takes people to the back door. I was one of 3 different cars looking for the U-haul location. I parked the truck and walked around to the front. Was about a 5 min walk around the building.
Stephanie JEmployees at this location are always helpful. Only thing that was a pain was the last couple times I’ve rented trucks there were dirty inside and this last time the lock that was attached to the back to lock the truck was broken and wouldn’t lock, so late at night I had to find a store and buy one. Not a huge deal but was inconvenient. I still would recommend this location regardless.
