No staff was present when I arrived for a pick up, office left open with no one there while staff made a run to Starbucks at 10:30am on a Sunday (when I had a scheduled pick up). Office space was disorganized with trash and things all around, I truly thought I was in the wrong place, if it wasn’t for 30 U Haul trucks parked outside I would have left. This was just the start. I am given a filthy truck, yes I documented this upon receiving it. Dirty inside and out, mud all over the side of the truck and in the wheel wells, crumbs and napkins all inside the truck. Embarrassing. Have some pride, if I didn’t desperately need this truck for a short notice move, I would not have gone through with this rental. Lastly, why are there so many hidden fees? I book the truck online for $177, the guy at the store tells me I am being charged $206. I don’t argue it because I needed the truck ASAP. Then when I return it, I’m told that I owe $270. What in the world is going on? Horrible service from start to finish, Its a miracle the truck didn’t blow up on me because who knows the last time it was maintained. I will not be using U Hauls service again in the future.
Dalton Dtire pressure was above 75 PSI, tire max inflation is 65 PSI. I had to let air out. employee who checked me out was helpful and explained everything

AMIR IThe gentleman who helped me was very friendly. However, the trailer he told me to go hook up to was not in the lot and he had to find a new one. Also, somehow my one-way rental got changed to a round trip rental despite me verifying during pickup that the rental was a one-way. During the process of fixing that, U-Haul changed my rental from 3 days to 1 day without notifying me. I received a notice that my equipment was late, despite only having it for 1 day. The situation was rectified, but the whole process from start to finish was a hassle.
