The service rep at the this location was fantastic he went above and beyond to help us out. We cannot say enough about how good he was. However the location for the pickup which was 707 Memorial Avenue Unit 1 not so good was not helpful at all. If it was left to him we would still be stranded outside of that U-Haul facility. He was not helpful at all, he kept saying take up with the head office.
