The guy who handles the Uhaul side of things at the shop was late for work but said he was coming, so we went for breakfast for an hour. We got back and he told his boss he'd do it over the phone. Then he couldn't even find the info using the reservation # and my information. It was painful dealing with this location.
Grant HBiggest issue was using the U-Haul app. Constantly freezes.
CHRISTOPHER LWhen I arrived to pick up the uhaul, which wad arranged gor after hours pickup, the lock to a cess the truck key was frozen shut and I was stuck outside the building in -42 weather until a tow truck operator luckily came by and helped me get it open. Once I got the key and went to grab the uhaul it was parked tightly between several other trucks, I barely managed to get it out. There was also no snow/ice scraper in the truck and the windshield was. Covered in snow and ice. Inside the truck was a bag full of chips that was spilled behind the drivers seat. Not my best experience with uhaul. Hopefully if I need to use it again it will be a better experience
