Equipment was old and worn. When we returned the equipment at another location, they said the trailer was not connected correctly.

I called to push back the time on the morning of my appointment the lady told me it was fine no one else had a reservation to rent the trailer I reserved and to come around 4. I showed up and she canceled the reservation and never moved the time back. Luckily I was able to just set up a new reservation. But if I would have drove an hour to pick this up and been unable I would have been ticked. 0 stars for this employee’s help.
Seth Athe lights and signal went out in heavy 4 lane traffic in a heavy rainstorm...very dangerous for me and my passenger....
fredrick bThey charged me for an additional 98 miles, when my overall trip was 106 of 111 miles allotted. Also, I picked up the truck with close to empty gas, and returned it with a little less than a 1/4 tank. They charged me $30.00 for fuel service and two gallons of gas. No credit or refund.
Mark BI rented a car dolly the price was very reasonable everything went very well for me and the gentleman that took care of me was very nice polite and professional I would recommend this store to anyone who needs to rent a U-Haul they were fabulous
