My only issue was with the online reservation system. I did not receive the promised confirmation call and had to contact the pickup location to verify my reservation. I also called the 800 U-Haul number; staff there were helpful and confirmed that my reservation had not been followed up on. There was also no option online to reserve the equipment for multiple days; I had to do that while speaking with the service rep to confirm my reservation. Otherwise everything went very smoothly.

I had a lot of shuffle with my reservation, was compensated with mileage. I know I paid more with gas dropping off farther, initially when they rerouted my return to the same location my mileage credit was lost, the location dealer was not able to help, but the AFM was quick to understand, and able to rectify the bill. He was was absolutely respectful and got it figured out. He was stellar. Thank you Dillon

JAMES DMy concer with is location is that they had me drop off the car hauler outside their locked gates where anyone could drive up and take it. Not sure why I couldn't leave it inside the secure area where there was room. I'm sure theft in Tillamook isn't outra
