RONALD VI have used uhaul many times and The service is usually fine. But this place was horrible experience. The person/ at the gas station counter was extremely unprofessional. Waited to be served in between gas customers. Made me feel like it was an inconvenience to be there. Rushed through setting up contract didn't explain weekend rates. And I had to provide pictures to make it convenient for him. At the end when I returned vehicle gave him keys and he continued to complete contract and he proceeded to use the keys I handed him to pick his ear wax. Disgusting. One of the worst experiences I had. That person should not be serving people. Uhaul can do better.
