Leeann DHad difficulty with the app check-in for the vehicle, it kept booting me out and then the link expired. This would not work at all for my elderly parents, but i am assuming you would also have a visual paper check for those that do not have the cellular technology .Daniel phone - on line was very helpful and ensured I got checked in. Started off experience frustrated. Good amount of selection of trucks to rent. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. We had a fuel cap light on that could not be fixed. Truck worked with out issue.
