JEFF HI have rented several trailers from this location and never made a complaint, there has been several times I’ve had to wait for stuff, trailers not ready, garbage in them, lights out, soft tires, no light cord and never complained just waited or rectified the issue myself but I brought this trailer back with a minimal amount of dirt because it was raining and they nailed me with the cleaning fee, I asked for something to clean it but was told they didn’t have anything … I’ll go elsewhere for now on
