Operator claimed there was nothing available when I called. Checked the website and it says he did have what I needed, made the trip and sure enough he did, at which time he reluctantly processed my request. I called several sites that day, language barrier at every turn, and every site gave me the same answer, no we don't have it and no we can't help you. I'll just wait for my buddies dolly to be free next time. I won't be renting again.

I can’t think of anything that could have been done better than the entire experience.
DANIEL HRented a car hauler trailer and the lights only worked intermittently. When I returned the trailer and advised the associate he said it was a know issue with the trailer and that there was a grounding problem. It would have been nice to know this before I rented the trailer. Additionally I rented for two days but returned it after 26 hours and was charged for the full 48 hours and also did not receive any discount for being provided with a faulty trailer
