It would have been helpful to have the guidelines gone over with us and/or adding the personal touch of being walked to the equipment rental and instructed from there. Easy location to get to.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkFantastic service
Gerson mWas just a bit confusing since the key drop off box and office were two separate buildings. There was clear instructions on that.
TYLERARTHURTERRY BI rented a 5x8 trailer and it definately needs some maintenence. Back roller door was bent so bad it was difficult to both roll up and down. Also needed some work on the suspension. I was moving contents of a home and was terrified everytime I hit a bump in the road. I was disappointed that this trailer was one that Uhaul was comfortable.with renting out. I spent the money to rent it. Uhaul should spend the money on maintenance to support a positive experience for their customers.
Catherine BGreat rental experience 👍
