I rented a trailer from this location. The guys at Super Tech Automotive were fantastic! I originally had a 2-5/16" ball on my Reese hitch, but I brought a 2" ball with me just in case. It turned out I needed the 2", but I couldn't get the old one off. One of the gentlemen took my hitch into the shop, heated it up, and was able to remove the seized ball. There was no way I could have done it myself without the proper tools. They took care of it without hesitation and didn't charge me a dime. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, and genuinely helpful people. I highly recommend the Super Tech Automotive Uhaul location! into the shop, had to put heat on it, but got it off. No way I would been able to get myself without proper tools. They didn't it, no questions asked.

The ball hard get off
