The pickup experience was fine, what I didn’t like was having to pickup at a further location than initial reservation with only two days advance notice and spending 45 minutes on phone with initial location trying to get credit for moving supplies that were not picked up. Still not resolved, wasting time and energy.

Neil JIssue at pickup resulting in us not being able to pick up on time. Also, truck should be given to the customer on a full tank of gas and they should only be required to fill back to what was used
Valerie MMake sure that if there ever needs to be achange in pick up location that it is possible to do the 24/7 pick up. This place did not give me the option, so I had to wait until they opened at 8am. Luckily, my pickup reservation was for 7am, so I didn’t have to wait too long.
