Phil PThe van smelled like wet dog. Hair all over the passenger seat - assuming dog hair. Just needed an air freshener and a good vacuuming.
Michael FWhile the van worked fine, it had a bad odor throughout my rental period that I really hope did not get into the furniture I moved. When I reported the odor, I felt as if it was treated as if the odor was treated as no big deal.
