The right hand mirror kept slipping down and could'nt view the traffic on my right.

Issue at pickup resulting in us not being able to pick up on time. Also, truck should be given to the customer on a full tank of gas and they should only be required to fill back to what was used
Valerie MMake sure that if there ever needs to be achange in pick up location that it is possible to do the 24/7 pick up. This place did not give me the option, so I had to wait until they opened at 8am. Luckily, my pickup reservation was for 7am, so I didn’t have to wait too long.

Anne HI have rented from this location before and they were great. This was a bad experience. We got to the location at 10:15 and it took almost an hour for checkout due to computer issues. We were not offered additional time for return or any adjustments. While I understand Uhaul had computer issues that day it did not excuse the condition of the van. It was filthy. We took photos it was so bad. There was food crumbs, garbage etc. So now in addition to us being delayed by an hour due to computer glitches we had to wipe down the interior and clean it so as not to spend the day in someone else's left over food and garbage. There was a white powder all over we are hoping was powdered donuts.
