The attendant at the location was not very professional and seemed bothered by anyone showing up at the location. The language he used was not appropriate and I am glad I did not have any kids present otherwise I'd have to explain to them about words people shouldn't use in public. I returned the van cleaner than I received it yet I had to sweep out the back of it again. Based on this experience I am not sure if I would use uhaul again or recommend anyone to use uhaul. The attendant apologized afterwards but the unprofessional first impression still sticks with me.JARED A.

Make sure everyone's reservations are actually there. It seemed like more of a system website error than this locations error, but nothing could be worse than showing up there and being told "you are lucky if we actually have your truck, some other guy reserved one four weeks in advanced and we just didn't have it for him". Overall the man there was friendly at least, though he seems overly stressed out by the uHaul computer system constantly crashing. Poor guy was in over his head and it was *not* at all his fault.Dakota C.
We were very happy with our experience overall. This is a busy location and they did a great job of processing us. Truck was clean and checked out with no problem. Since its a gas station as well you can just fill up when you return the truck.Wayne H.

Vehicle was a bit dirty: seats were sticky, coffee/soda stains on interior doors, sand/dirt in cargo area. Also, when returning the vehicle, the employee requested that we sweep the cargo area, when this had not been done for us. The back up cameras on the vans are badly in need of an upgrade. The screen is very small and hard to see and appears to use a convex lens which makes it extremely difficult to judge distances accurately. Other than that it was a great rental experience.Brian M.

We opted for the mobile pickup of our rental and when my husband was walking toward where the van was located an employee angrily stopped him and told him he couldn't use the mobile pickup and had to come in. The pickup experience was very unprofessional and unpleasant. The drop-off went smoother and the employee he dealt with was not the same person as the one he dealt with at pickup. Would not rent from this location ever again.William D.

The U-Haul Truck Share 24/7 self-service program took over 40 minutes for me to get my truck. Way too long! This is NOT the local pick-up locations fault--this was Uhaul online fault.GLENN D.

Fucking awful!! The rental was NOT cell phone check out. I had to go into the store. The key was not in the truck. The gas gauge was NOT accurate and only at a quarter tank and I had to stop to get gas, which was extra mileage, which you then charged me for! The truck did NOT have the moving supplies that I requested!!! And the fucking movers that I paid for did NOT show up to assist!! So I had to unload the truck on my own, reinjuring my knee and back! My 63 year old father was the only one around to help me and hurt his back. I spent 40 minutes on hold four times trying to talk to someone at UHaul. The fifth time I help was 30 minutes! Fuck U-haul, I'm considering contacting a lawyer!SCOTT D.

It was double booked. It did not have blankets that were said to be provided Nothing was said about gas so I put $35 dollars in And worst of all I was charged $40 extra because I brought it back 45 min late from 4pmLYNNE L.
The attendant (Art was his name, I think) was clearly very frustrated with the uhaul platform on the computer. He swore at it several times in front of me, which made me feel uncomfortable. Additionally, he claimed that I surprised him though I arrived exactly on time for the pick up. I've dropped off a uhaul at this location twice before without issue but picking one up on a Saturday morning was apparently inconvenient to the attendant.KELLY G.

Pickup location was changed at the last minute, and the pickup time was changed, which caused me severe scheduling problems with my loading help. My reservation was for Columbia CT at 7:30am, not Tolland. Pickup was changed a SECOND time later in the day.Thomas M.

Making reservations online was poorly integrated with the franchise locations. It took multiple phone calls back and forth over the course of a week to confirm that there would be a truck available to my desired pick up location. A failure in supply chain management and a source of unnecessary frustration to the me the customer.becky B.

My UHaul truck was not available. The Citgo representative, as well as myself, were not able to contact nor access the reservation customer service. The Citgo person managed to eventually contact UHaul and provided a smaller truck. I had to make several trips due to the truck size. I contacted UHaul via email about the sub standard performance from a UHaul prospective. But I have not heard back yet. Email sent 8/31James B.

The process to get the rental and return it was OBNOXIOUS. I was on a time crunch, and it took close to a half hour to even get approved for the rental (and yesâ€” it ate into my time with the vehicle), and requiring two references who need to answer the phone at time of rental is absolutely ridiculous. Dropping off was no better as I had to take a bunch of pictures. Not such a big deal but I had to spend 5 mins looking for the non-obvious drop box, then once I reached the drop box I am told I need to walk back (big parking lot) to the vehicle and take pics. The whole process needs to be streamlined and expectations of what I need to do should be communicated up front so I could have minimized the time it took to do stuff and have given myself extra time to prepare for all the hoops you have to jump through.Ashton S.
