While the van worked fine, it had a bad odor throughout my rental period that I really hope did not get into the furniture I moved. When I reported the odor, I felt as if it was treated as if the odor was treated as no big deal.

I had reserved a 15 foot truck and it became unavailable and I had to settle for a 10 foot truck which didn't have a loading ramp. This made our move a lot more difficult and one item I was unable to load because of it. If I realized the 10 foot truck didn't have a loading ramp that I would've been better off to wait until a 15 foot truck was available. The people at Tolland Citgo are great and I don't fault them for it.
Robert AThe pickup experience was fine, what I didn’t like was having to pickup at a further location than initial reservation with only two days advance notice and spending 45 minutes on phone with initial location trying to get credit for moving supplies that were not picked up. Still not resolved, wasting time and energy.
