I have rented from this location before and they were great. This was a bad experience. We got to the location at 10:15 and it took almost an hour for checkout due to computer issues. We were not offered additional time for return or any adjustments. While I understand Uhaul had computer issues that day it did not excuse the condition of the van. It was filthy. We took photos it was so bad. There was food crumbs, garbage etc. So now in addition to us being delayed by an hour due to computer glitches we had to wipe down the interior and clean it so as not to spend the day in someone else's left over food and garbage. There was a white powder all over we are hoping was powdered donuts.
Jane RThe cab of the truck smells like cigarettes, maybe no smoking signs would be a good idea. The truck cabin could have been cleaner. Tire warning light was on in the dash. Truck did not have a walkup ramp into the trailer.
