My truck was not at the right location. I had no cell signal to use the u haul app. I was not told if I missed my self appointed pickup time my order would be cancelled.

Extremely poor customer service. Actually, no customer service at all. If the U-Haul key could be hung on the wall and ready for you.. you would have better customer service then by far.
Michael MThe lady that helped me get the U-Haul was very friendly and helpful however the conditions the U-Haul was parked in was muddy and difficult to get in and out.
REBECCA ARemove the parking space blockers from in front of the grassy area for easier access to the trailers.
