I wasn't allowed to select my original drop off location when picking up after hours on a Sunday and had to change it to complete the pickup process on my phone. Which was frustrating; however a phone call to customer service fixed it later.

DAMIAN JI really needed the moving pads and I ordered two sets of them, but didn’t get them and got charged for them anyways even after discussing it with location and marking it in the app that it wasn’t present. Have yet to see a refund either. Please help me correct this.
