I really needed the moving pads and I ordered two sets of them, but didn’t get them and got charged for them anyways even after discussing it with location and marking it in the app that it wasn’t present. Have yet to see a refund either. Please help me correct this.

KAREN PNot being able to complete paper work before the pick, forced me to use the U-Haul app which does not allow me to use my school's tax exempt form, therefore I had to pay the tax out of my pocket, because school district's do not reimburse tax to employees.
