Have someone on site when returning a trailer.
John KThe gentleman we met with was nice and helpful. The only negative if there is one is he did not have additional equipment for purchase for convenience, I had to go somewhere else. Not a huge deal and I definelty would rent from him again. Trailer was great and pulled with no issues.. we used it for over two weeks and a couple thousand miles.
