This was not the location we reserved to pickup our rental, in fact it was the third different location we were made to go to in order to get a rental we did not reserve weeks earlier. The vehicle turned out to be too small because the one we reserved was not available, and the larger one that we were told we could have was way too big. So we will not be recommending U-Haul to our friends. In fact we will be sharing our experience with many others so they do not have to experience the stress and anxiety my family was put through.
