am calling/writing to report a serious safety issue with the equipment I rented While driving on the highway in freezing temperatures, the windshield washer fluid froze inside the lines. I had to pull off the highway for 15 minutes to defrost it, but it froze again 30 minutes later while I was driving. The vehicle was provided with water or low-quality fluid instead of winter-grade washer fluid. This caused a major visibility hazard on the highway. I am very lucky it wasn't a snowy day, as this could have resulted in a serious accident

JAEHO YAfter I left the location I noticed the back door was open. It was not locked properly. I also had to wait a few minutes for employee to clean up the snow.
