Had a reservation for 8am, the equipment wasn't ready. I call customer service and they told me I was entitled for a $50 reservation guarantee, at the end I wasn't entitled to no compensation. Had to wait until 9am to get the store open but it wasn't ob service until 9:20am. There's a lack of respect, it delayed me in everything, Had my crew waiting to work, they played with everybody time my workers, my customer and me.
