How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was less than a half hour “late” and charged an extra full day. I rented for what I believed was a full day (even though only needed it for six hours as stipulated in my “contract”). Distance charge was totally miscalculated in UHaul favour. Shady. However, UHaul Corporate made good and refunded money when questioned.
