The staff were friendly
Michael GGreat service from the attendant before and during pickup; helped with the hookup and all checks as well as with adding he photos to the contract. The only issue related to the rental was at Weston Rd where I went to pick up a ball mount; Park DT told me a 2" drop was the right mount; Weston Rd only had 3-1/2" drop mounts on display and when I questioned this I was told it would work fine. Not so fine on entering a couple of hotels where the foot lightly scraped the pavement; luckily at only about 2-3 km/h. They should have known better - the 2" drop wouldn't have had any issues.

Henri-Paul SThe truck wasn’t fully fueled up when we picked up and we were told to make sure the truck would be full upon return. In future the UHaul location should make sure the trucks are full and not penalize the customer
