Down an ally tucked in the back. No one in uniform. Could have been a random guy just waiting to steal someone’s drop off key. Very concerning. Did not feel comfortable dropping at this location.

More staff, automation is incredibly inconvenient, the van was almost out of gas when I received it.
Daniel JBogus mileage was entered..bogus gas fees added, bogus cleaning fee added, bogus after hours fees added. A total fraud.
JOHN CThis drop-off location was very difficult to find in busy traffic, I had to go around the block a couple of times before I found it. It was after service hours, so I did no have any exchanges with staff. This location is directly beside the TTC streetcar and so I recommend this location for mainly that reason.
