Trucks could use a closer cleaning and servicing before being sent back out for new rental customers. There were many pop-ups on the dash to check tire pressure/ etc. Also would have been nice if there was more lighting in the lot for late night returns. Quite a challenge to get photos for the return process while in the dark.
Cas WNo proper communication, no is available on Site after 7 pm. I was told by customer support I will be compensated for their pick up issue but nothing happened
