The U-Haul changed the drop-off location, which was too far from my moving address, while there was many U-Haul locations nearby. Dissatisfied about this last-minute change. I could have gone there during the night because there was a busy point with a lot of traffic on the day.

U-haul did not reserve the size truck I asked for weeks in advance, and instead provided a smaller size truck than what was required to move my apartment. This resulted in having to make multiple trips in order to move all of my belongings.
CHRISTOPHER-ADRI AFast and efficient picknuo and drop off. Interior of truck was dirty--likely used on a construction site. Could have used a wipe down. Other than that, great service and very reasonable rates!
