Service by staff was very professional and seemless.
GORDON BI rented a box trailer. One of the two rear lights was very dim, but that didn’t concern the UHaul people. As well, I reserved some equipment, only to be told that had none, and how much would they have to have if they had blankets and dollies for each truck and trailer. They rented me the equipment through their own moving company, so in the end it works out.

KENNETH PI was given a return address on Talbot street in St. Thomas printed off even on my invoice. The person working looked it up on the map and said this location was closest to my destination in Aylmer ON. Luckily my sister called to find out it was no longer on Talbot street in st. Thomas but now on Elm street. Your base must be out of date.
