My experience with U-Haul was great service was seamless from start to finish. The only hiccup was at drop-off: since the representative just took the keys without giving me any confirmation, I wasn’t entirely sure my return was properly recorded. A quick receipt or acknowledgment would’ve made the process feel more reassuring.

Adithya VMake sure the customer gets their truck out of the lot safely. The laneway exit can only fit one truck because they have other trucks parked along the side of the laneway.
