This location did not have the dolly or hand truck I had reserved, don't let me book equipment you don't have. It took 35 minutes to get my truck, maybe don't allow so many people to book the same pickup time if you can't handle them all at once. The app was also not working for me, don't make this a requirement for customers. The contract view for the fuel level was a transparent image with dark text on a dark background in my email and was completely unreadable, do not use transparent images in emails.
James MI really like the location for its convenience and accessibility for downtown customers. The truck was not clean from inside and the gear was stuck making it difficult to switch between D and R.
