The location is terrible. When I booked the trailer, I selected a location convenient to my home. The day before i recieved a call that the trailer was at a completely different location, several kilometers away from my selected location. The gentleman who ran the college st location was wonderful. Very gracious and helpful.
dave hAlways have fuel tank levels at FULL, it’s easier to return full tank. You don’t give credit when a vehicle’s tank’s return with more fuel than it’s picked up level.
Kevin GOverall, it was quick and easy. But There was no office/place to 'check in'. I just had to find the person in the lot at the time, which was fine and at the same time a little sketchy especially to someone I'm giving my personal information to. Also, I requested a utility cart and furniture pads specifically for the move to help, and on the day of pickup, he didn't have a utility cart, again because there's no storage/office.
Chandni MSystem was down so had to take photos of my license and credit card (unsafe), missing a dolly yet still charged me for 2.....
