THOMAS FThe location is pretty confusing and the location is pretty small but they have provision of being really helpful by giving instructions. The only downfall here is the location size which makes it difficult to return your vehicle
CHRIS PVan was dirty. They gave me a van from the previous customer without even checking it. The cargo area was full of dirt. I had to wait while the employee used a leaf blower to try to clean it, but it was still dirty. The moving blankets that I rented were wet and dirty as well. What is the point of using these to protect my belongings if the blankets damage them? You need to clean your equipment before giving it customers.
