I had a great experience renting a U-Haul truck at 456 Parliament street location . The customer service was excellent- friendly, professional and efficient. The truck was almost new (maybe even brand new!) and very clean, which made the move smooth and easy. I’d definitely rent from them again.
VINCENT AI was charged a $25 cleaning fee because the back of the cargo van had some dust. It’s a cargo van. Is it not part of your service to clean vehicles between customers. Passenger portion was left spotless.
