If you have to drive 20 or 30 miles out of you way for a truck you should not be charged for the pick up or drop off you get charged as soon as you pull out from the place you pick it up I drove 40 extra miles and only needed matey 15 to 20 miles

COY BI needed the truck in Jonesville, Va. U-Haul made me drive an hour from my preferred rental location to Totz, KY to pick it up. I was given no gas credit, and no extra mileage allowance. It is 47 miles (one hour and three minutes) from Jonesville to Totz, ONE WAY.
