The UHaul rep did not close the rear door properly resulting in the door opening during drive & becoming stuck open. None of the orderd equipment (dollies) were available. Rep's command of the English language was poor.
Neil GMy appointment was at 1030am and the manager did not arrive until 11:05am. I told the other workers that I did the 24/7 service and I just needed to get the keys and they were clueless. The manager was arrogant and my boyfriend tried to tell him that the gas was less than 1/4 tank and he said it’s 1/4 tank. When I dropped off in Scranton, I explained that I came back with almost a full tank and asked if I could be reimbursed and he said they will see if they can do something about it. The gas attendant filled up my tank (85) instead of putting what I asked for. The service in Scranton was good but I will never go back to the pick up location (N Willow. Just very unprofessional and have no knowledge about uhaul. I only used tONE DAY and not the two I paid for. I SHOULD BE REFUNDED SOME KIND OF AMOUNT FOR THE CRAPPY SERVICE and FULL TANK I LEFT THW TRUCK WITH.

TRISTAN HThe office was very nice and helpful, but I was charged twice on my credit card - once when I picked up the vehicle and the other when I dropped off the vehicle. I'm waiting for a response.
