The lady said we could fill up in gas and if there was more then what we started with they would reimburse me ..but they didn't take it off the bill so I'm out 100 dollies in gas which I think should be paid to me. So not very happy

I booked a 10 ft. Truck. They said they didn't have my booking. So. Had to call customer service and re book. This time I had to pay for a 15ft. Truck. There was a 10ft. On the lot said it wasn't booked. What a confusing time. I didn't finish my move. The truck is not fit to be on the road. Something seriously wrong with the front end and the steering. I returned the truck. Was not safe! I had to call on friends with trucks to finish my move. Never again!
Kelly BStore inaccurately reported gas in tank causing over 100 dollars extra to be charged from my card. Had to reach out to customer service to resolve I was already broke from moving and now have to wait for my refund to be able to buy my family food.
Blake BI wasn't informed when I made the reservation, a month ago, that I was not allowed to use Visa debit. This resulted in last second urgent accommodation on my part. The credit card user did not receive the $100 deposit I am owed. I need that back. It is not a tip. I am disappointed by this experience. I will not be using uhaul again.
Catherine LI realize the cost of vehicles and everything else has increased over the years, but the advertised price of $19.95 is very far from the actual cost. I'm not disputing the cost of the rental, however, if I were really expecting a cost like that, I certainly would have been very disappointed. I personally have no problem with the total cost, but am getting a little tired of companies wavering on the line of false advertising. The advertised price is just way too far off in my opinion. Other than that the truck was great, the service was great, everything went great, but the cost expectation ruined the experience. So, yes I would recommend the location, but don't believe what you read and what that means is simply, the advertised price is false advertising in my opinion.
