I wasn't informed when I made the reservation, a month ago, that I was not allowed to use Visa debit. This resulted in last second urgent accommodation on my part. The credit card user did not receive the $100 deposit I am owed. I need that back. It is not a tip. I am disappointed by this experience. I will not be using uhaul again.

I realize the cost of vehicles and everything else has increased over the years, but the advertised price of $19.95 is very far from the actual cost. I'm not disputing the cost of the rental, however, if I were really expecting a cost like that, I certainly would have been very disappointed. I personally have no problem with the total cost, but am getting a little tired of companies wavering on the line of false advertising. The advertised price is just way too far off in my opinion. Other than that the truck was great, the service was great, everything went great, but the cost expectation ruined the experience. So, yes I would recommend the location, but don't believe what you read and what that means is simply, the advertised price is false advertising in my opinion.
michael HThe truck had blood all over the inside above the cab. The state of the truck was disgusting. I have photos. I would like someone from uhaul to contact me. There is only one person working the convenience store and running the uhaul desk. She couldn't leave the store so there was no inspecting the truck together prior to leaving with it...
