I was supposed to pick up the truck at 9 using mobile pickup and I couldn't get the truck as it was blocked in by another truck and this location didn't open until 10. Also I was charged for gas when I left the truck with more gas than when I picked it up

I've used this location many times are their service is excellent.
ANDRE LStop charging $60 every time I rent a $20 trailer The Machine said it would be $24.99 plus tax, there is not supposed to be a deposit with a credit card payment. This is unacceptable
