Harmond CJoy was great, she was friendly and offered helpful advice. She was quick to go and pickup our truck when U-haul sent it to a different location than where we had requested. She had it ready for us at the agreed time and day.
CLAYTON DHours were supposed to be 10-2. No one was there..called the number on the sign, left message, waited 30 minutes no one came or called back. Third location we tried to return the trailer to. After 52 extra miles and almost 2 hours between phone calls and driving. It was frustrating to say the least and upsetting missed family viewing we drove 6 1/2 to be there. We would of been on time had not taken 2 hours extra hours out of our morning.
