The customer service is awful very rude and unprofessional! They are not operating well at all it’s useless to make a reservation for a truck as they don’t honor it and rent it out and make you purchase a larger vehicle at a higher price. I will not use this location ever again. I will drive to another city
JOEL LI dropped the trailer off. Attendant made a copy of my paperwork and said they would get it checked in. 4 day later I get a call from corporate about where the trailer was. I explained where it was and what they told me. I actually dropped it off 2 day early. It took them 6 days to get it checked in and issue my receipt. I received 4 calls from asking me about where the trailer was. I called and corporate called the Troy AL location. They told me they had been busy and would get it straightened out that was 3 days ago . Talked to corporate today twice and they finally got it done. I feel this is unprofessional and very poor customer service.
