They were super busy as any college town is at the beginning of a school year. They actually met me as I was pulling in and were prompt with emailing us a delivery verification.
TERRY NI was upset I was charged for wrong location. The U-Haul attendant in Alabama told me that I can drop it off at the nearest location. I dropped it off at the nearest location and I was charged 127.00. I should have been told that up front. This is not a good way to do business.
