They need to do better at snow removal, made pickup very difficult and inconvenient, but otherwise the rental was perfect. Trailer performed great. Thanks

Marla FThe U-Haul Mobile App works good. The one thing that I think can be improved is to allow you to enlarge or send to email the Receipt. The print is so tiny it is very hard to read.
