I could not use the app to drop off the truck and had to wait two days for the truck to be checked in. I don't understand why the app could not recognize the location.

SHANE HI reserved a 26’ truck. It was not available in my area at the last minute. I had to rent a 15’ truck. U haul kindly offered an extra day and extra mileage; but it was still a huge problem. Please do a better job having available the trucks on reservations.
