Wei TSketchy part of town, the office was closed during business hours. No clear parking areas for the vehicle. I ended up doing an online drop-off.

Mason TIt's convenient because it's close to where I live but with that, I know how sketchy that area can be. I definitely didn't trust leaving my car parked there for 4 hours. Pick up process through the app was an absolute nightmare. So many things have gotten easier with mobile and online reservations but not U-Haul. Drop off was fine but pick up was extremely difficult and frustrating during an already stressful time. I couldn't get through calling U-Haul customer service and the chat feature through the app stopped letting me send messages after so long. Not the renters fault but I picked it up during their hour lunch break so them helping me also was not an option.
