Unsure who this review lands on. If reviewing the location, they were great and did what they could to accomodate an unpleasant situation. Staff were very courteous and helpful. The following comments I dont want to fall solely on them because the issue would have passed through multiple steps as a "visual inspection" would not disclose the issues. The vehicle itself had a very severe steering system issue. It walked all over the road at highway speeds and in two specific circumstances, I had lost control of steering going over construction "ridges" in the center of the road. Additionally, it had a bad exhaust leak that got noticeably worse while driving across country. I know these trucks go through a lot of shifting, but someone, at some point, needs to make sure these vehicles are safe. We made it to our destination, but could have easily been a different outcome.
