Zack the on site attendant was very nice and informative. Helped me even with problems with the app and a lengthy verify. Who ever did the online verify for me through the app to get get the truck, I believe I saw the name Lavonne. They took way too long. I had reserved the truck almost 2 hours before pick up. I was stuck in the parking lot where it was windy and rainy for almost 15 min waiting for them to do their job and approve me. That's is unacceptably long amount of time to wait in a parking lot. That process needs to be improved or the people who do the online verify need to be retrained to improve that side of the customer experience. If not for Zack this would be an entirely negative review.
BROOKS GThe vehicle was muddy, windshield was covered with insect splatter, and the box had quite a bit of dirt. The location apologized and said there wasn’t enough time between the last rental of the truck and my reservation. I understand that but this rental was not at the level of most of my past rentals.

JIMMY SThe guy working the counter came out yelling at me that he wouldn’t take my trailer drop off, despite that being the location that I was given in text and email. After being berated for 15 minutes about me needing to take it somewhere else, he begrudgingly gave in. Terrible experience as a customer!!!!!
