Arranged for app pickup and office FORGOT to put the key in the box for us, so we had to wait for office to open to get our key and truck. I rented truck with a dolly which was NOT in the truck. Truck was clean but all and all a very disorganized place and no responsibility taken for their error with the key pickup box or lack of dolly! Would NOT use them again. I always liked U-Haul but it sure I would use you guys again.

Brian BTruck was dirty, had 1/4 tank of gas and online checking in for pickup was a nightmare.

William TGuy who received my trailer was kind of a jerk, yelling out where to park it and talking about a "prick" other customer. The usual guy is very nice but this heavy set guy lacks some customer service awareness or was simply having a rough day but not an exuse to carry an attitude.
