The location was great, but if you have to talk to anyone on the phone the people I spoke to at the call center in Fresno are some of the rudest people I’ve ever had to deal with. I was charged twice for the rental and when I called to try and get the situation handled they refused to discuss charges and had an angry and aggressive attitude the entire time I spoke to them. I won’t be doing business with U-Haul again, not because of the location I picked up the truck from, but because of the people I spoke to on the phone.

We dropped off our rental on Saturday in person and it was never checked in until Monday which stressed me out I did contact U-Haul on Sunday letting them know of the situation because on the app it was still showing active and I didn’t want to be charged an extra day.
