Customer service was excellent. The u-haul rep was very friendly, professional and able to meet are needs.
VICKIE LThe staff. ( woman on charge) was very much less than helpful. . She stated that they would not help me load my car or hook the trailer to the truck. I found that to be disturbing., considering that it is the company's responsibility that I got safety away with the equipment. The office was dirty and very unorganized. To men did go with me to get hooked and they did the hookup and safety check off. I tipped them. All round one of the WORST experiences I've had. This was the 5th time I have used Uhual. I've moved multiple times due to my jobs across the country. The drop off was the exact opposite. The staff were great. They were smiley, happy, glad to help me., timely and used their hand helps to possess my bill and return of the truck and trailer. Couldn't be happier with them. Both Isabella and the guy who checked in back in (sorry I didn't get his name ) were great. To sum up. Pickup very bad Drop off. Very bad.
