It was confusing as to where I was to drop off the trailer. I telephoned in advance, got an automated answer from a Mr. Riley who was clearly on the road when he made the recording and could not tell if the ‘store’ was open or closed. Eventually, it was sorted out. I arrived at a chaotic business, but they immediately got help and the trailer was parked, unhooked and the paperwork completed in less than 10 minutes.

Next time, perhaps the employees can learn how to look at the driver's license a person is using and match it to the person renting the truck. Like they are trained to do. If they had done so, my signature would not have been forged and I would not be getting charged $1700 for something I did not even rent.

John PI had to go miles out of my way to get truck. Had to get bigger truck, that used more gas. I put gas back to where I got it. I was charged $50.00 for gas. I am a retired military spouse.
