How about first - send me to a damn location with an actual human working. Second - my trailer was stuck on my ball. And I hurt my back trying to get it off my truck. Just really bad customer service for the drop off. - very confusing to just be told to drop a trailer at a shitty dirty looking lot.
Benjamin B.The passenger seat belt didn't work. But, especially the ramp which was broken. All the loaders had to hand to another person where the ramp is but it was broken. This caused much hard ache and more time to load and unload
