We dropped off after hours so had no interaction with the location owners/workers. Process to turn truck in was disjointed. Had a hard time with scan barcode for return process.

Better instructions for how to drop off after hours. Thankfully the manager was still there and was able to tell me.
Rebekah MThe employee that assisted with drop off was friendly and helpful BUT this was NOT our selected drop off location. Again, very frustrating for the customer because of Uhaul corp but at least the employee at the location was helpful!
Charles BI returned after hours. It was very crowded and difficult to find a drop off parking space.
JAMES SI had to park the ‘26 foot truck that I did not reserve down the road in a vacant lot because it was too big for this location to handle. The lady was fine, but did not answer my questions or even want to examine the truck. She did not check the gas or mileage. The office was clean. The lady working was pleasant, but did not make me feel comfortable by checking the truck back in correctly.
